I know you have done very well, but I suggest you have another look at Northern Dynasty.
With 55 billion lbs Cu, 67 million ounces gold and 3.3 billion lbs of Mo, the equivalent cut off is 0.78 % Cu, with a low of 0.3 %Cu.
Personally I think all the positives are already out in the open, while negatives are more hidded. If it goes ahead I think at least 6 billion investment with huge capacity. Barrick's relative small(24 million ouces of Au) gold mine in the Dominican Republic will be in the order of 3 billions
The economics will be very sensitive to the market prices of Cu, Au and Mo so I think future metal price predictions will make or break this project. On the other hand I would be surprised if environmental issues will creat too many problems, but you never know
