Just got notice of the AGM..and the directors and management certainly are looking after them selves..

e.g...With the new Company reorganization Brian goes from $55,000.00 (Contractors agreement) for "Without cause"dismissal to $500,000.00 ...plus..plus..

Pretty nice..and that is not counting the big jump in annual salary and compensation..

And they want me to vote for the recommended issues..

I would ,if the brought the share-price up over $2.00..two bucks..BEFORE the AGM..on the 15 Sept..

Pretty sad performance over my shareholder life time..til now..to be so richly rewarded..

BUT...Greed is good..

It should start at the top..

But they have to look after us peasants..the great unwashed..

Gaddafi is finding out what happens when he paid himself too much..Revolt..
