Are you absolutely MAD...!!

Everyone makes wine in the prairies....Saskatchewan has a great winery down in the Cypress Hills..I was there a few years ago and brought some of their wine home..It is absolutely wonderful stuff..I still have a bottle of their Rhubarb wine in the fridge right now chilling for my wife's birthday on Monday..It is great with Chinese food ..and i don't know if I will make it or order in..either way it is great wine with spicy Chinese food.I don't think they grow elderberries there but they grow their own grapes so elderberries would be a breeze..

Visit the winery in the summer ..you will be surprised ..
