I have seen this same type of tom foolery time and time again. It happened with Noront not too long ago at their bottom of 1.50. I saw it with Denison a few weeks ago at their bottom of 1.17. Saw it with Hathor a few months ago at their bottom of 1.35. So maybe it's safe to say KXL is at the BOTTOM!

p.s. by the way all 3 of those other stocks bounced off that bottom very quickly.
