Churning at 48 cents...

Earlier in the day there was some strength at +50 cents... quickly surpressed to 48-49 cents where KXL has been churning and almost seems held... Anonymous selling into small bids constantly being replenished at 48 cents... very strange... 350K Canaccord cross at 48 cents also today... no idea what any of it means but IMO this is far from 'usual' market activity.
