I agree that Kodiak should have put the numbers into perspective to help investors. The > 3 gpt numbers can be confirmed by anyone but my gm*m calculations are unofficial and need to be checked. As you pointed out we shouldn't have to dig through past press releases and crunch numbers. I can't see why it would take very long to do the resource estimate. The the technical report already issued contains most of the "boiler plate" that would go into the NI43-101. The assay numbers and hole geometries would have been entered into a 3D model as they come in and then they can run the geostatistics to get the indicated/inferred numbers. I will have my own number to compare with the one they come up with. I left mining 20 years ago to get into oil and was never involved with resource estimates but the internet is the best research tool ever invented. I still think this area will develop into a gold camp, the only question is when the market accepts it.
