The mining markets are getting friendlier again - China bought 100 million tons of steel for their high-speed rail program - so that rising tide will help us all.

I wrote a bunch more, editing the previous post, but it all snuck off to the bit bucket in Agora heaven/hell, but I think the general picture was there in the previous post. All best ....
