A complete buyout; lock, stock and Golden Mile? I would vote no. For the KXL hotel... ok. 3x current price might sound good to some, but call me crazy, I think we will get a lot more out of it. I would think those who bought the PP might turn thumbs down too, but you'd have to ask them.
