One of the things about times like these is if you have cash, you can get some great assets cheap, and you can get work done cheaper as well, with fuel, labour and other costs being lower. Hope springs eternal in us KXl'ers and I know I hope that if the daily market doesn't reward us with a great SP, a purchase of a chunk of our golden goose by a producer will. Have said it before and will again, I am so glad we don't need cash for a while, as going to the market now would be very unrewarding. I hope they can make the money last until we find what we need.

One thing I note from my Chartsmart info is that Barrick has 4.3 billion in debt as well as the 1.7 Billion in cash. Debt can be of different kinds... I wonder if it is a stumbling block? Could really use a "special dividend" about now!
