I don't want anyone thinking I did this out of spite or because I'm "power hungry" or anything to that nature. I won't lie, he did make me angry but not enough to ban him, I did my DD before pulling the plug.

I asked several people their opinions of him and all of which were very bad. I asked whether he should be banned and they all agreed that he should (including sinbadsgold apparently, who I did not even ask).

I also went through his post history and there was nothing more than the same conflict instigating trash for the whole time he has been around.
I believe in free speech as well but he constantly tried to goad people into arguments just for the sake of arguing. If he ever contributed actual facts or provided anything about KXL that would have been fine. But I'm sure his 1.7/5 star ranking after around 100 posts speaks for itself.

As far as testiclese is concerned, I had found several posts were he had many post recommendations and provided actual reference material to the stock. I realize he has been a little silly and argumentative as well but after checking it seemed that he only really argued with Alvar. Testiclese also had a 2.9/5 star rating which is pretty decent and shows he has at least made some good posts.

So because of this I don't think it is warranted to ban Testiclese at this point. If the silliness continues however we may need to re-address this later on. So as Stephen Colbert would put it:

Testiclese... you are "On Notice"!
