LOL I guess it all depends on your perspective. Are you over-reacting, that depends on how long you plan on sticking around. I did have a really good laugh at your post though (laughing with you, not at you). Thanks for that,  I needed it this week!

Yes this is a bad time for the markets and the doomsday predictions are running rampant but if history has proven anything its that markets always move up over time (no need for shotguns yet). I can almost guarantee within 3-6 months (maybe 12) everything will be turned around and functioning normally again. That's not to say everything will be at the same levels they were 2 weeks ago but we'll be on the right track I'm sure.

The fundamentals of KXL haven't changed and they still have $50+ million in the bank. So the way I figure it, the very LEAST they are worth is somewhere in the neighbourhood of .50c/share (raw cash). BTW the financing was closed so there is no way the underwriters can try to re-negotiate now from what I understand.

Besides I believe Richardson may have cleverly disguised himself behind a few of the underwriters to fund the project out of his pocket and strengthen his KXL empire. I can picture it now; Richardson sitting in his mansion by his large fireplace fiendishly twisting his evil mustache while drinking snifters of brandy and smoking Montecristos. Plotting his next move, I bet he looks something like this:

Just more conspiracy theories on my part again lol.

Back on topic, btw the $50m is in the bank.  Also that crude .50c SP calculation I threw out doesn't even include the insane potential and many properties KXL owns. I'm sure the real-estate is probably worth another 5-10 million (or more) so we're sitting at a rock bottom SP of around .70-.75c and that's pure assets and NO speculation / potential built in.

So you wanna know why some of us aren't that worried, that's a decent start. I'm not saying I won't attempt to make some hopefully clever trades in the next while but I'll keep a core position of around 10k shares to see this through till the end. Luckily enough I'd pretty much be even with that core if the apocalypse did happen and we dropped to .75. I suppose that affords me the luxury of being half calm about the scenario. I'm not gonna say I'm happy about it though.

Good luck to everyone, I feel we'll all need it over this next while.

Cheers.
Gamblor.
