The 5million each that you mention is not set in stone .It may be used by the other divisions as long as they are owned by kxl . If there is a spinoff soon then kxl can keep the money for their own purposes and let the new companies come up with their own

If an ipo is timed to occur with a spinoff, the ipo could serve to establish a starting sp. Possible? Rico
