FYI - KXL has already set out 5 million for each of the base metal and uranium divisions. This means the spin-off companies could keep running for at least the fist year without additional financing.

Thats why I thought this year might be a good opportunity to do the spin-off because they've got the money and the other divisions need to be taken aways Hercules' shadow to gain the recognition they deserve.

The fact is Kodiak has several properties with very high potential. The Otish looks very promising and now the Sleeping Giant is a good flagship for their base metals. They don't need all three to be fully established to spin the off IMO. How many jr's are out there that wish they could have 0 debt, one or more excellent properties and 5 million in the bank? If you think of it in those terms the other divisions are already established enough to branch out. Just my thoughts anyway.
cheers.
Gamblor.
