That sounds like some Booyaah Jim Cramer advice to me Rico ;)

As far as Richardson is concerned you have to step back and think logically why he would be buying shares. The guy has over 7 million, how many does one person need? I have a few, potentially off the wall theories about why he is continuing to buy strong even into the higher levels.

1) He is attempting to sustain the current SP out of pocket. Possibly because he knows the price should be much higher in the future and doesn't want the company to have to re-prove themselves from lower levels.
I have a theory that he is represented by National Bank. That would be the only thing that makes sense considering  they have been a major buyer on the same dates he has filed some of those major transactions.
Buying 100k shares in one day is kind of hard to cover up, plus he needs to go through one broker or another right?
This would also mean he potentially put tens of millions out of pocket on the 54m PP himself, not just 2 "anonymous" underwriters that were Cormark and National. KXL has ridiculous potential and if he pulled a maneuver like that, not only could you take it to the bank I'd buy more. That is some serious confidence and who would know more (besides the geos) about the size and potential of their discovery.

2) He is buying shares back from the market at the current levels because he has so much confidence in the long-term outlook. Sometimes when a company feels its undervalued they buy back their own shares to reduce the public float and increase the demand.
Because KXL doesn't have a source of income and Richardson is a major shareholder with multi-billions of dollars he is essentially doing this for them. I know the public float was somewhere around 15% before but with the dilution this has left a bit of an opening for the public to obtain more. I think the purchasing of shares on the open market can definitely be perceived as VERY positive and semi-confirms that we'll do very well in 08'.
For those of you who'd like more info on buybacks here is a link to investopedia(its a really interesting read, I'd recommend it!):

If anyone else has any theories or opinions I'd love to hear them as well.
Cheers.
Gamblor.
