My calculation is that there are now 88 million shares out.
I base this on the web site statement that there were 74.5 mm on Nov. 14. Added to that are the 2.5 mm flow through and 11 mm regular shares whose completed sale was announced nov. 27.
Would like to know if I am missing something important in this regard!
