I got a call back from Kodiak's general counsel - very fine of them to make that happen. Anyways, there are 3 cusips - the regular common stock, the PP shares and the PP flow through shares. However, everything for the common stock should trade as normal.

weird experiences. Though not as weird as TDWaterhouse a while ago saying that I couldn't have back old cash that was lying around.
