Re:  inability to place an electronic buy order for KXL:  I contacted Lucy Zhang, VP of Corporate Admin at KXL.  She took the "old cusip" and "new cusip" for KXL from me and said that she would talk to Legal and get back to me.

Just from gut feeling I'm a little skeptical about the "getting back to me" part.  We'll see.

I was amused that she was surprised that I was familiar with her name, but of course we've all seen it from the Insider reports.
