I put another call into my broker re KXL “symbol changed” “old cusip500120209” “new cusip 500120100”. I tried to make an electronic buy through Credential/Canaccord, and had to do it manually. Very weird.

So far the brokerage and KXL mgmnt are pointing fingers at each other.

I checked TSX Venture listings, and the last official reorganization was September, 2003, when the company changed names from 210922 (GCP Mining) to 212135 (KXl), neither of which match the above cusips.

On the exchange site, the 212135 is still necessary in the URL to bring up KXL.

I read on SGX etc of other people having trouble executing trades today. Weird.
