Thanks for that info rubetr, much appreciated!  I'm surprised that they only showed up on Stockwatch, I haven't seen it anywhere else.

I don't get over to SH much anymore to find stuff like that and have decided not to post there anymore.  There is just not enough time in the day to filter thru the bad (mostly) and the good.
