The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an option agreement dated Oct. 22, 2007, between Kodiak Exploration Ltd., and Neil R. Maki, Aili M. Maki, Mark Maki and Sandra Moore, whereby the company will acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 22 minerals claims known as the Maki property, located in the Beardmore-Geraldton area of Ontario.
Total consideration consists of $200,000 in cash payments and 5,000 shares of the company as follows.
