Ultimately Developing a District with Multiple Near-Surface Gold Resources along the +30 km Property in Idaho
This weekend I sat on the porch and smoked a fine cigar while I thought about PEM's stiuation. Then, I came to a conclusion. I am not to going to sit back and passively take this S##t.
The "big guys"(BG) manipulate prices downward to serve their needs all of the time. In the juniors they do this by buying small lots of shares to set low closing prices. If they want to take over a company, it benefits them to set a low price over a period of time (the average) so that they can take over a property for a correspondingly low offer.
I believe that many of you bought PEM over the last year or two and have an average share price that is close to $.40/share. But some BG comes in and surpresses the price with the intention of buying out (stealing) PEM . I don't think that I am going to be very happy with a buy-out offer of $.25/share given the potential for the OZ.
Now I am a very small fish but I can buy a thousand shares at $.15 at the close. That becomes the new price and the "average" (see above) moves up. If all of us "push" the price up a little each day the price of the "takeover" moves up too.
Oh, I know the drill. Always buy shares at the cheapest prices. Never pay one cent more that you have to.
Look, if you hold 50,000 shares and buying a thousand at $.15 moves the price up a penny - then you are up $500. It is onlya gain on paper but the paper price is exactly what the BG are screwing with so that they can buy the company on the cheap.
Am I being too naive or does this make sense to anyone else?
I await your feedback (and hopefully your buying at higher prices).
