Unfortunately, this is what happens when a junior explorer dilutes over a period of years and does not come up with a significant resource. It is the reason they are high risk. Everyone is frustrated because there are indications that there really is a significant resource here. However, management has only a certain amount of time and money to prove it.
Personally, I see only two possibilities here, either sell out or do a reverse split. Probably, selling holds out the best chance for longs to recoup part or all of their losses in the short term. Regardless of whether the situation was the fault of management or just a series of bad luck events, it would be best to install a new management if a proven team can be assembled to lend credibility to PEM. This may help in gettimg the best price.
