Will Chrome Mt. be spinned off, or kept as it is, or sold, or JV'd.? Sometimes circumstances can change on a moment's notice. Given Stillwater's mining operations up against our PEM land, might PEM have been waiting to see the "latest" on Stillwater's plans, progress, and results? Coupled with the upcoming, recently researched and prerpared independent study-report on our MT property due out soon, among other information at PEM's disposal, might PEM's MT land be in demand? Is it reasonable to think the delays in the spin off could have been because of new considerations, discussions, options, even offers, things we could not be privy to know about, whether still in play, or not? Any opinions?
