Please share any clarification that IR may pass on to you. I am also very interested.

I did not interpret the NR as you did. It looks like PEM has isolated VLC to the south. I don't think that they will be doing JV's together. I hope that PEM just wanted to clarify the staking issues.

IMHO, if it wasn't VLC, it would be someone else. The Orogrande Shear is too big a deal for PEM to keep to themselves.
