News is very good to me, I don't care about VLC, look at VEN, EBX wants to acquire VEN but price is much higher right now, very interesting, probably new offer is coming, actually they offer $1,5 Billion so PEM is totaly undervalated with these prices compare to VEN offer, so this news is actually non event for me...
