Further to my last post. . . to use the words "Project X" seems odd, out of the ordinary, does not fit with the historical titles used thus far. . . so what is a "Project" compared to all other nomenclatures? Additionally, why use the letter "X" ? Would an X be used because the project has yet to be fully disclosed?
