Is it possible that there is a Confidential Agreement with Velocity? Or possibly another company(s) ? Regarding partnering on a project, an exploration, a mine, Project X ? I'm still curious by what was meant thet PEM had 2 Confidential Agreements that could not be discussed untill and unless the Confidential Agreements were made public.
