Yes it was August 12th 2008. The part of Mike Roots statement on buying locomotives had me questing his statement. Then I found out that Mike Roots company Iron Bull Railroads will be purchasing the locomotives instead of Palladon. This will save the company from investing in new locomotves and put the financial burden on Mike Root and his company.
