During the last week the track contractor has installed approximately800 concrete ties on 2 curves. Rail has been placed along the East legof the Comstock wye. The tie crew will begin on the first curve East ofthe Comstock wye either Monday or Tuesday. The second test car (NSCX2020) has been loaded and waybilled to Long Beach/LA Harbor. If thetest car works, National Steel Car will begin construction of manyhundreds. Locomotives have been ordered, but delivery date is unknown.No train employees have been hired yet. That is all I can tell you.
