Isn't that interesting - it makes an atheist of you, but a Christian of me.  It is the most fascinating book I've ever studied, with it growing more interesting, more persuasive to me, than when I first began.  Another young man set out to prove the Bible to be false and put an end to faith in it once and for all, which is an astonishingly confident thing to try to do.  In the end, he became a Christian and wrote the book, "Evidence that demands a verdict."   It had to have been a fascinating study, for sure.

I've puzzled over why it has such a different affect on people, but I confess the one that surprises me the most is the pure indifference, the shrugged shoulders.
