That would work for me, provided we have no responsibility towards the operating costs of DL, which of course is part of the deal and appears as though will stand.

I find it interesting that POET has not removed DL management from their website...not sure if it's just more website non-interest, or, they refuse to reliquish all vestiages of ownership until the final payment is in the bank.
