Ya, I'm not suggesting this will kill our deal, just that it will slow the entire process down...we could wait months before receiving the tranches still to be paid, although I have no fear they will be paid, eventually.

Additionally, we're not sure how CPG will be effected in the buildout of their manufacturing facility in Shenzen....it likely will be delayed by some amount, just the how much that is unknown.

Agree with the safe travels...I hope none of our people are travelling inside China now...
