Just the fact that we have an opportunity to save the world, or at least slow down its destruction is amazing in itself.
The fact that the most powerful position in the world is held by an idiot who doesn't believe scientific facts made by the most intelligent people on the planet can't see any further than the tip of his nose and his own ego just blows my mind. Nero fiddles while Rome burns and the fact that there are crazy selfish people supporting this idiot is even harder for me to understand. They are the same people who watch helpless kids, your friends, and neighbors, your brothers and sisters gunned down in your streets every day and all they can say is "we pray for you."????
I'm not an American but I have many American friends who I consider the salt of the earth and would give you the shirt of their back if you needed it. These people who would sell their soul to the devil are a minority and when the minority rules the majority then bad things always happen. I sure hope my brothers to the south, the people who I always had respect for, can get some kind of control of the situation before it's too late. Be the America that I used to know.
