You are negatively biased. If you are a shareholder of POET, you just should sell instead of distributing negativity and - I do call this a lie, not fake news.

This is absolutely wrong, the financing was initiated long before, closed in October 2016, and Mr. Mika was appointed CFO 2nd of November.

It is important not to put people like you on ignore so we can identify such lie!
