his Softkey stuff was sloppy awful "mee too!" junk from start to finish, and some say shady book-cooking is really what made the TLC buy blow up in Mattel's face: USD$3 billion of Mattel's market cap wiped out in a single day, right after the acquisition.
there's way too much slimy snake-oil salesman in that guy. he creeps me out, in spades.
if he ever got anywhere near POET in any meaningful way? complete kiss of death. I'd run for the hills and never look back.
