This financing was telegraphed and no surprise to see MMCAP involved.

The same pattern was seen in july.  Prospectus, huge unexpected volume followed by a financing closing in mid july.  Wash, rinse, repeat.

Now, what is the end game for MMCAP? Not in their mission to be long term shareholders.
