The OI platform at SilTerra facility creates the interposers on blank wafers. The IP is safe in a safe country. SilTerra’s Fab is a 200mm (8 inch) facility. The designed capacity of the fab recently expanded from 30,000 wafers per month to 46,000 wafers per month. 

Silterra wafers go to SPX which fabricates OEs that are sent to SPX customers that fabricate products for their end customers.   

An exception: SilTerra wafers will also go to TMSC (Taiwan) which fabricates the OEs (or outsources that task) to include the OEs in the fabrication of products by TMSC+Broadcom for POET customer Celestial AI.
