Speaking of manangement, unless Vivek has health issues, he's still on Poet's payroll since a president leaving a company would trigger a NR.  He was not seen at OFC (and for several months in any video).  Could he be working on the possible new venture between Poet and a partner?

Regarding the financing, it would not be a surprise to see Echelon involved since they initiated coverage of Poet early february.  Maybe another bridge financing coming or they could be part of a bigger transaction.  Anyone was able to read their reasearch report about Poet?
