The official position is that POET supplies the light sources for CAI and the photonic fabric is CAI's. To be clear, I was advised by a reliable source that patents were looked at and CAI has not copied any of POETs IP. I have my own thoughts which I am not sharing of mutual benefit. That being said, what I have been told is that CAI is committed both technically and commercially to POET's light source.
