ok, thanks John, I was under the impression that SPX was only for the Chinese and Asian markets, although we've heard (again, no real confirmation) that they are expanding SPX for perhaps greater production numbers. 

It would be nice to be a production facility outside of China, I certainly hope that happens sometime in the relatively near future (and I hope that's where MACOM enters the picture...)...
