So "unpoetriotic" p n p!!  But of course you're exactly right. There are two reasons to exercise early - first, you want to do the company a big favor or second, you want/need to sell the shares that you receive upon exercise. 

I have no warrants, but if I did, I would wait as long as possible to exercise.
