Why would anyone convert their warrants when they have a 5 yr expiry.....they can wait till we are very successful and are maybe $50 a share and then convert and profit a lot with NO extra risk at all.

Warrants are like winning a lotto...if company goes bust you really lose nothing on warrants...but if successfull....wow
