It seems like any selling that would've needed to be done to participate in the financing has all but finished.

I for one am looking forward to getting this financing out of the way so that we don't have to worry about it anymore. Once they are fully financed, I expect some sort of a rebound. Definitely not as high as we want, but surely we should be able to make it back to the $3-$5 range by February. Hopefully anyway. Who knows, maybe they will surprised us with some news after the financing has been completed?
