I was just looking at their site and POET is still featured and hilited under their tech section. Last participation financing was Jun 2023, likely with the debenture conversion if I have it right.

Though this latest raise is non brokered, as is the norm, POET is providing finders fee for subscriptions. Be a great sign for continued support if they were involved in finders fee.

Also given their long standing support, wonder if there has been discussions of approaching Mike White to join board as Canadian participant to replace a few who probably need to be rotated and add more  business financing expertise on board. As well they could add same on US side.
