They have had a plan, but either have been pulled away for real customers with immediate needs, or they are just very late in giving updates on another huge tier for POET to address in the future.

I would rather do one thing with excellence than three things adequately. Working capital keeps us breathing, but revenue and partnerships fuels the growth for which POET has so much potential.
