Who should be responsible for this underperformance and financial mismanagement?
Ever heard of Renova Health? Trust is an important thing when it comes to financials. One of the most important things I would say. So, is track record. After that comes care. If you trust your money to someone else, you want that this person takes care of YOUR hard earned money, or the money that fund managers are controlling. So, if a fund manager is to invest, he certainly must have trust in the management of a company and is certainly looking into managements track record. Are we falling short here? I guess, yes. I haven't seen it, I haven't listened to it. Many wondered "what do they have, that we haven't". Why is our SP so disconnected? So, I guess the simple answer is trust and track record on the financial business side and most likely also Respect. I don't have the feeling that shareholders are respected by the CFO, they are e necessary evil to him. IMO.
I have been deleted from the companies NR distribution list, because I signed the letter to management. Is this what Respect is? That the CFO deletes your name from that distribution list because you signed a letter to him? I don't feel respected, but have supported this company for more than 10 years with my hard earned money of those 10 years, sitting at a significant loss. All I want, is that the CFO cares and takes the responsibility for my money, that had supported them for so many years. The way he dealt with the situation doesn't show that respect nor responsibility. I assume many responsible fund managers have seen the same, because it is their job. Hence we have difficulties to raise money, when others don't. Remove the root cause, don't try to medicate the symptoms. IMO
