I have to think the reason they waited so long to do this raise was because they truly did expect to be making enough from selling product to not need to do it.  The smallish amount they are raising suggests the same thing.   Perhaps the delay was like waiting for an overdue bus.  You think surely any minute it'll arrive, and it keeps you seated.  I remain long and hopeful, though my fingernails look wrecked.
