Maybe they felt a quick death like this, was better than a slow drawn out one via the ATM!!!!

In all seriousness.  Whilst this has come as little surprise to me, it is deeply worrying, frustarting and tiresome.  In the absence of very solid news this could drop us off the NASDAQ.  Let's hope Rick was right and they've lined up the purchase of 2million shares via this offering.  

Sometimes it feels retail are being squeezed out deliberately.  Hoping for better days soon.
