Sandman, that makes so much sense. They don't need the ATM (at this present share price, for sure) but they are not stupid like many here would like for you to believe for whatever reason. They're very smart in almost everything they do and that's why they run the company and not some armchair critics on this board. 

From the last release below.....they have suspended sales (because they don't need it at this price) and they were smart enough to hold on to the option of making sales in the future if they see any advantage for doing so. When everything looks so promising why do we turn over every rock in sight to put down our own investment? I guess the answer is quite evident.   

"The Company has not sold any common shares under the United States-only ATM Program from its inception on September 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023. The Company has suspended sales under the United States-only ATM Program and is not required to provide notice if it resumes making sales thereunder in the future."
