The only reason for making such an announcement is because new money is attracted to PTK.....and it's about time.....and it makes sense at this inflection point. Yes the news release lacks clarity as is typically the case coming from TM but in my mind there is no other rational. Sorry guys but those who are putting a negative spin on this are doing so because they want to. Why would the company need to issue any statement of this sort at all. It was intended to quell concerns. More news to come very shortly IMHO. The way I read it is as an FYI that they likely won't need to tap ATM anymore; and haven't been since Sept. 1st. Downward pressure on stock is there from overall market for these types of stocks, lack of financial clarity, and shortest taking advantage. These next few months is when PTK finally grows up I believe.
